Alright here's a rundown of what to expect while RPing here
Playable Characters:
Mutant Humans:
Originally normal, these people have some form of mutation, usually based off of their family genes. For example. If the mother was a boxer and the dad was a mechanic the person may have very large but nimble hands among other mutations. The child of a marathon runner may have long or muscular legs, the list goes on. The mutations also may be random - such as a woman having 3 breasts and 6 legs or a man having 6 eyes.
Mutant humans have also been known to take a similar appearance to an animal, thought this is not overly common. The extent of the animal-like mutation is usually limited to fur-less tails, elongated ears that can move, claw-like hands (the nails cannot extend or retract), skin-like membrane attached to the sides, ankles and/or arms and elongated necks. Occasionally mutations may include animal-like eyes, hooves or vocal cords (the ability to actually sounds like an animal) though this does not occur often.
Human mutation may also occur through the brain's level of activity/power. A handful of mutated humans have an ability similar to telekinesis, though these mutants are far and few between.
Mutant Animals:
Mutated animals are usually vicious and blood thirsty, though a bare handful benefited from the mutation. This benefit being they gained a level of intelligence that would match that of a teen human. They are able to learn to communicate and their brains able to function on a higher level than just primal.
These animals have no similarities to a human physically and are generally very uncommon.
Non-playable characters:
Mutant plants and insects:
Mutated plants usually only mutate to the degree where they eat flesh. Very few actually mutate to the point where they can move, however this is not unheard of.
Mutant insects generally only grow larger and blood thirsty - some may have shells or exoskeletons become rock hard, others may grow extra parts or have their current parts mutate in a grotesque fashion.
Zombies:
Mindless human beings once dead who now simply search for live flesh to feed off of. Just picture Hollywood zombies and you'll get the right idea.
Please keep in mind that this list is more of a general idea - I likely have missed something here but should I notice this I WILL update it, thank you for your patience!
