Name: Ray Ray Graham
Race: Human (mutated)
Age: 19
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 220
Physical Description: Ray is human, and he is 6'5" tall and 220 pounds. He has a shaved head, and a long goatee, black in color. One of the mutations is his eyes have filled in black, with the iris being blue and the pupil white. Robbie has 7 fingers on each hand, which is actually helpful to his mechanic work. He has quite a few tattoos from his pre-explosion life. He generally wears bib overalls and steel toed boots, a black bandanna on his head and a skull faced bandanna around his face when he is "out and about."
Possessions: Ray lives in a mobile home, situated back in the woods. He has always lived right by the quarantine zone, and believes no one is going to tell him to leave his home. It has the basic necessary things, a couch, a bed, a stove, and due to running off a cistern, it has running water, as long as Robbie finds a way to fill up the cistern.
Ammo loader- Ray enjoyed hunting and shooting before the explosion, and has always loaded his own ammo. That's why if he ever sees a spent shell casing, he tries to grab it. He can remake the bullet at his home.
12g pump shotgun- Illegally modified, "Bessie" is a 14 inch long, pistol gripped killer. She is always loaded, always kept clean, and has a load strip in the sling she sits in. The way Ray has it, he can shoot from the hip while riding or sitting.
Laura- Laura is Ray's Harley Panhead. He converted it shortly after the explosion to run off alcohol, and makes his own pure moonshine in the back yard. About a third gets drank, a third to Laura and the last third gets used as explosives.
Guitar- Ray has a guitar he loves to play on a slow night, and his extra fingers really sharpened his Spanish guitar playing skills.
Buck Knife- Classic buck knife, around 11 inches long all together. Kept razor sharp, never know when he may need it. The handle is the antler post of a mutated moose Ray killed right after the explosion.
Tobacco- He has thousands of cigarette packs, and dip cans stashed at the trailer, all to support his chain smoking habit, or some days dipping habit.
Marijuana plants- Ray grows weed in the yard, and smokes as much as he can when it's all good to smoke. He usually smokes it as a joint, wrapping it in stolen papers or just anything he thinks it will smoke right in.
Katie Bug- His dog. A Cane Corso, she isn't mutated at all. Somehow, she survived the explosion with no problems. Rayloves her more than anything else on this earth, and she has always been there for him. Ray'd gladly die to save his dog. Anyone that tries to steal her or comes to his house and treats her rough can expect to lose a hand at the least. Touch her in anger and he will kill you.
Profession: Pre- Mechanic.
Post- Mechanic and Hunter.
Abilities/Traits: He has pretty good eyes, and he's a good shot. He can fix almost anything motorcycle related, and can convert most motors to alcohol running. He knows a bit about homemade explosives, how to butcher animals, and how to make moonshine.
Weaknesses: He's scared of the dark. He has to have a light on or with him at all times, cause a Zombie almost got him in the dark once, and now he has a terrible phobia over it. He will not go into a dark room, and it takes someone very special to coax him out of his home at dark. He's also a pretty bad nicotine addict, and even though he has close to a thousand packs of smokes and a thousand cans of dip in his home, he's always searching for more.
He says he isn't an alcoholic, but he is most assuredly lying to everyone.
Background: Ray is human, before the explosion he was a mid-level mechanic at the local bike shop. His shop was about a mile and a half away from ground zero, and his home was about three miles away from the shop. Ray hails from the American state of Alabama, which explains his funny accent and "country" ways. He moved to Clarensford to be with a woman, who actually ended up leaving him. Not wanting to move back home, he stayed around, working and drinking beer, playing guitar sometimes.
After the explosion hit, Ray began to notice bumps growing on the side of his hands, but he wasn't to worried. He felt he was lucky to be alive, a mutation was fine by him. Eventually, the two bumps on each hand grew into extra fingers, about the same size as his pinky finger, just longer to accommodate to be at the same place as the other fingers. He says they really imprve his "Spanish geetar pickin'."
All Ray does now is hunt meat, drink homemade liquor, and take Mechanic jobs every once in a while. You have to be able to trade him. He always says, "I take Ass, Grass, or Cash, no one gets work to free. And cash don't do me much good now does it?"
Role Play Sample: Ray picked his teeth, watching and waiting. As the mutated deer wandered from where it had been hiding behind the building, he raised Bessie to his shoulder. Gently squeezing the trigger, he watched the deer go down. Walking over to the doe, he cut her stomach open, pulling all the guts and organs out, keeping the liver and heart. He wasn't above eating mutated meat.
"Ain't nothing like some fresh heart..." He murmured as he took a bite of the still pulsing, warm muscle.
