NPC Creation Here is our room of NPC's. Keep in mind these characters are all ones that anyone can use - but can only be used in one thread at a time. Please reply to the thread when you 'borrow' them and when you 'return' them. Rules for NPC's are the same as for PC's - no making invincible characters or X-Men or the NPC WILL be deleted. |

North Residential Area Where the wealthier or more privileged live. This is a hot spot for mutant plants due to the gardens but is otherwise one of the safest places to be due to the gates, fences, etc. |

South Residential Area The southern residential area where the less privileged live, generally the more dangerous residential area due to proximity to the lake and lack of protection. Zombies are plenty within this area. |

City Streets The streets that are the veins of the city. Mass amounts of mutated animals and zombies are found here with the occasional mutant weed. |

Subways Like almost any large city Clarensford has a large subway system. Now shut down due to the resulting damage after the explosion, the subway is the zombie/mutant animal hot spot of the city. The occasional drunk or reckless hot shot may stumble down there for kicks or a simple sleeping area. |

Wooded Area There is a small wooded area just outside the city limits. Is considered the most dangerous place within Ground Zero due to the large number of mutated animals and plants. |

Lake Erie The large lake against which Clarensford is right up against/on. Badly affected by the blast. Mutants include mutated fish, lizards, plant life, zombies. Considered one of the most dangerous but beautiful places within Ground Zero. |

Safe Zone Anything outside of the 5 mile radius of Clarensford. This can include other countries, etc. |

Country Side That 5 mile radius outside of Clarensford that was affected by the blast. Common beings found in this area are mutated farm animals, crops and farmers. |

Military Blockade Where the military set up a blockade to make Clarensford a quarantine zone for all mutants. Surrounds the entire 5 mile radius affected by the blast. |
